It's a fact that one of the most noticeable parts of the body is the biceps. Whenever someone meets you or sees you as a muscle builder, the first reaction would be referring to your biceps because ripped biceps actually project strength, power and more often than not: SEX APPEAL. It’s not hard to learn how to get ripped biceps, but one thing you need to understand is that ripped biceps do not happen overnight and will require some hard work and determination.

If you use heavier weights in the beginning, other muscles in your arms, such as deltoids and traps will be used as well and it will hamper your biceps growth as your biceps won’t work as hard. As you perform your repetitions, remember that you need to get the proper rest time in between repetitions to allow your muscles to get the necessary rest it needs withstand fatigue.  If you have read the other articles, remember that if you workout without rest, you breakdown your muscle faster, but then you sacrifice strength without the rest in the long term, so give your muscles 10 to 15 seconds of rest between repetitions.  As you bring up the weights to top of your curl, remember to maintain tension in your biceps and hold that tension for a few seconds.

 

The last thing to keep in mind during your workout when you are learning how to get ripped biceps is to only workout your biceps only once or twice a week.  The biceps themselves are not large muscles and will require proper time to heal and repair themselves.  As you follow this rule and allow your biceps the proper time to heal and repair, this in turn will also build mass.
