The biggest mistake most people have when they want to build muscle fast is to try to mimic professional muscle builders.  This technique is a surefire way to meet disaster faster than you can meet your goals to build muscle fast.  Whether you want to gain muscle to improve your athletic abilities or to improve your appearance, there is a right way of building muscle fast and a wrong way of building muscles.  The right way to build muscle fast naturally is to properly balance nutrition, working out using the proper exercises and getting plenty of rest.

 

The Right Foods

Remember that what you eat is what you naturally are, so if you put in good foods into your body, you will reap the benefits of a good diet.   Add weight training and workouts to your nutritious diet will help you build muscle fast naturally.  The best foods are whole foods. 

 

Carbs are what fuels the body naturally, so eating good carbs will provide you with what you need. Good carbs are foods such as yams, brown rice, whole wheat breads and so forth.   In my own diet, I eat  brown rice, whole wheat and whole grain breads and balance with green vegetables and lean meats.

Since proteins are the building blocks of your muscles, taking in a lot of protein will help you build muscle fast.   I usually eat lean meats such as lean steak, chicken & turkey breasts, fish and other lean meats.   I also take protein shakes before workouts and after to help build muscle as you will need lots of protein to help repair your muscles after workouts.

 

Eating fat burning foods will also help you build muscle fast as you will reduce the fat in your body while you begin to increase muscle to get a nice ripped body.   A few foods that are fat burning foods are broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, whole grain foods, oatmeal, beans, nuts, oranges, grapefruits, berries and citrus fruits.

 

The Proper Exercises

The proper exercises to help build muscle fast include exercises using free weights and strength training exercises.   If you decide to use weights, the best weight training equipment you can use to build muscle fast are free weights.   Free weights will not restrict your movements that exercise machines do and allow more natural movements.

 

On top of the exercises, you will need to change up your routines occasionally and increase the amount of reps you do along with your weight training routines.   The main thing that you do not want is your body to adapt to a certain routine.   This causes your body to become comfortable with the routine and will hinder your ability to build muscle fast.   Instead, change up your routines every couple of weeks or so to keep your body from adapting to your routine.   This will insure your muscles are challenged and allow them to grow.

 

 

Rest, Rest And More Rest

Finally and most importantly, in order for you to build muscle fast, you need to give your body a good amount of rest and sleep to help your body recovery and allow your muscles to grow.   Not getting enough rest will set you back as you do not allow your muscles the rest it needs in order to grow.

 

So basically, in order for you to build muscle fast, you need to properly balance your diet, exercises and rest to optimize and maximize your muscle building goals.   Remember that it also takes a lot of hard work and determination to reach your goals to build muscle fast.   As a final note, remember that Rome was not built in one day and neither will you build your muscle in one day as well.   What I can promise you is that you will build muscle fast and in the fastest possible way if you follow the ideas above.
